Indoor golf in Montana is a small but real part of the state's broader golf scene.

Montana winters are brutal — months of subzero cold, snow, and limited daylight. The outdoor golf season is short (May through September is generous), and indoor bays are essential to keep a swing intact through October-April.

Montana golf culture is sparse and rural — fewer facilities per capita than most states. The indoor layer is small but genuinely necessary; the players who use it use it heavily.
