These terms govern your use of GolfIndoors.com. By using the site you agree to them.

Acceptable use

• Browse the directory, search for facilities, read editorial.
• Submit facilities you operate or know about, with accurate information.
• Claim listings you genuinely operate (we verify).
• Contact us with corrections, questions, or feedback.

You agree NOT to:

• Submit fraudulent facility listings (fake businesses, competitor sabotage).
• Scrape the directory at volume — for research use the contact form; we may grant access for legitimate research.
• Misrepresent yourself when claiming a listing.
• Use the site to harass, threaten, or send spam to listed facility operators.

Listing accuracy

We do our best to keep facility listings accurate, but indoor golf is a fast-moving industry — venues close, equipment changes, hours shift. We can't guarantee every detail is current. Always confirm bookings with the facility directly before traveling.

If you find inaccurate information, submit a correction or claim the listing if you operate it.

User-submitted content

When you submit a facility, claim a listing, or send a contact form, you grant GolfIndoors.com a non-exclusive license to publish, edit, and distribute that content on the site. You represent that the content is accurate, you have the right to submit it, and you're not violating anyone's rights.

We reserve the right to edit submissions for clarity, accuracy, formatting, or compliance.

Operator-claimed listings

Claimed listings let the operator update certain facility fields directly (description, hours, amenities, photos). The operator is responsible for the accuracy of their edits. GolfIndoors.com retains editorial control over the listing's category, location, and inclusion in the directory.

Revoked claims (per our claim policy) cause facility content to revert to admin-controlled state.

No affiliation guarantee

Listing a facility, equipment brand, or installer in the directory does NOT imply our endorsement of that business. We list publicly available indoor golf venues + commonly used equipment without sponsorship or paid placement. Editorial coverage is operator-authored and clearly labeled.

Limitation of liability

GolfIndoors.com is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for damages arising from:

• Inaccurate facility information.
• Lost bookings due to closed/relocated venues we hadn't yet updated.
• User-submitted content that turns out to be inaccurate or harmful.

Your sole remedy is to stop using the site.

Changes to these terms

Material changes will be posted here with the "Last updated" date bumped. Continuing to use the site after a change indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
