Welcome to GolfIndoors.com, a directory of indoor golf facilities, equipment, installers, and instructors. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Using the site

You may browse the directory freely. Creating an account lets you write reviews, claim business listings, and manage content. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Directory information

We work to keep directory information accurate, but facility details — hours, pricing, equipment, availability — are compiled from public sources and business submissions, and they change. Always confirm details with the business directly before visiting or booking. We're not responsible for decisions made based on directory information, and listings don't constitute an endorsement of any business.

Business listings and claims

Claiming. Business owners and authorized representatives may claim their listings. Claims are verified (typically by business email domain). By claiming a listing, you confirm you're authorized to represent that business, and you accept responsibility for information you publish on it.

Accuracy. Information you publish on a claimed listing must be accurate and current. We may correct factual errors in any listing at any time — accuracy corrections are never conditioned on payment.

Paid upgrades. We offer a paid listing tier with additional features (currently billed annually through PayPal). Paid placement is labeled where it affects display order. Paid tiers add features and visibility within GolfIndoors.com; they are not sold as, and should not be purchased as, a search-engine or backlink service — outbound listing links carry attributes consistent with search engine guidelines for paid listings at every tier.

Cancellation and refunds. Paid subscriptions renew annually until cancelled. You can cancel any time before renewal to stop the next charge; features remain active through the paid period. Contact support@golfindoors.com with billing questions.

Reviews and user content

Reviews must reflect your genuine experience. Don't post content that is false, defamatory, harassing, infringing, or unlawful, and don't review a business you own, work for, or compete with without disclosing it. By submitting content, you grant GolfIndoors.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it on the site. You keep ownership of what you write.

We may moderate, edit for formatting, or remove content that violates these terms. Business owners may respond to reviews on their listings; responses are held to the same standards.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site at scale, attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours, interfere with the site's operation, misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the site to send spam. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual property

The site's design, code, and editorial content belong to GolfIndoors.com. Business names, logos, and trademarks shown in the directory belong to their respective owners and are used to identify those businesses. If you believe content on the site infringes your rights, contact support@golfindoors.com and we'll review it promptly.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, GolfIndoors.com disclaims warranties of any kind and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on directory information. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site evolves. The date at the top reflects the current version; significant changes will be noted to account holders. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
